En hoe groot is mijn baby?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Je baby is nu zo groot als een appel, ongeveer 10,1 cm groot en ongeveer 70 gram zwaar. Samen met meer lanugo (het haar dat hun lichaam bedekt om ze warm te houden) begon je baby wenkbrauwen en wimpers te laten groeien. Hoewel hun ogen gesloten blijven, worden ze gevoelig voor licht. Je baby groeit snel en je baarmoeder vult zich ook met vruchtwater en de placenta. Het wordt daar druk, dus maak je geen zorgen als je af en toe een stekende pijn in je zij voelt.<\/p>\n<h4>Jeukende huid<\/h4>\n<p>Je hormonen kunnen ervoor zorgen dat je huid jeukt. Ongeparfumeerde vochtinbrengende cr\u00e8mes kunnen helpen, net als een bad nemen. Als het storend begint te worden, vooral &#8217;s nachts, raadpleeg dan uw arts of verloskundige, want er is een kleine kans dat u een leveraandoening heeft die obstetrische cholestase wordt genoemd.<\/p>\n<h4>Pas op voor infectie<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Er stroomt meer bloed rond uw bekkengebied, waardoor uw lichaam meer van de melkachtige vloeistof, leukorroe genaamd, kan produceren die uw vagina schoon en vrij van infecties houdt. Soms kan dit verschijnen als een heldere, witte of cr\u00e8mekleurige vaginale afscheiding. Voldoende water drinken is essentieel voor je eigen gezondheid en de ontwikkeling van je baby. Dit geldt ook voor melk, vruchtensappen, pompoen en zelfs soep. Thee en koffie tellen ook mee, maar zorg ervoor dat u uw cafe\u00efne-inname beperkt. U mag niet meer dan 200 mg cafe\u00efne per dag binnenkrijgen als u zwanger bent.
